GENSRV PTY LTD AWARDED CONTRACT TO PROVIDE SUSTAINABILITY AND FUTURE ENGINEERING
Through our client AIES, Gensrv is please to supply engineering services for the review and recommendations, relating to future proofing a large coal generation facility in regards to operation in a changing energy market. The study will undertake to bench mark the current asset and then determine how this asset would operate in a market with more renewable factors (Solar and Wind). Key outcomes will include recommendations of plant modifications and upgrade to allow more flexibility in operation and improved efficiency. Through these recommendations and with prediction of future grid demands the asset can be modified to better respond and therefore remain commercial past its current PPA.
GENSRV PTY LTD AWARDED CONTRACT TO PROVIDE COMMISSIONING AND GPS TESTING OF NSW SOLAR PV FACILITY
Through our client EPC solutions, Gensrv is please to announce it has been awarded a commissioning and grid connection contract for a large solar PV installation in NSW, Australia. The scope of work includes development of the GPS and R2 testing procedures to ensure compliance with the national electricity rules and nominated Generator Performance Standards (GPS). The work will also see commissioning assistance for the client to ensure the facility is brought online and in compliance with the national grid codes and practices. Gensrv is pleased to be working again for the valued client EPC Technologies.
GENSRV PTY LTD AWARDED CONTRACT TO PROVIDE POWER CONTROL SYSTEMS TO DARWIN AIRPORT
Through our client BT Energy, Gensrv Pty Ltd has been awarded the design and supply of power automation and control systems to manage the Darwin International airport complex. The system will use a number of Modicon PLC's coupled to Citect HMI equipment. In total over 32 remote loads connected at ring main units will be monitored and controlled by PLC equipment. Software in the master system will monitor and control generation comprising two HV feeds, 2 reciprocating generators and 2 solar PV fields. Energy will be managed to balance load and obtain optimum efficiency. The project also involves the upgrade of two Cummings C2000D5 generators with the latest DSE control equipment.
GENSRV LIMITED AWARDED O&M CONTRACTS WITH PNG POWER
As part of GENSRV LIMITED's expansion in to PNG and as a result of the many months of work developing the group in PNG. The management team are pleased to announce that GenSrv Limited has been selected to provide operation, maintenance and asset services at two of PNG Power's gas turbine sites "Moitaka" and "LAE". The Moitaka site hosts an IHI Supplied GE LM2500 gas turbine and support equipment whilst the LAE site hosts a recently commissioned GE TM 2500 gas turbine and auxiliary equipment.
The team from Gensrv Limited PNG will provide a number of services to PNG Power ranging from competency based training to PNG Power staff, asset management and maintenance system development through "Maintenance Experts" MEX Software, to general fault and upgrade maintenance works including mechanical, electrical and process.
Gensrv Limited has invested significantly in smart systems for PNG to ensure cost effective KPI driven asset management and performance enhancement. Through our cloud based systems the operation and maintenance of such assets becomes open and transparent to the client. MR SHANE KOREMAN JOINS GENSRV TEAM
In the latest moves of Gensrv Limited and to support both Australian and Papua New Guinea operations. Mr Shane Koreman has joined us in the role of senior mechanical engineer. Mr Koreman has a long repertoire of engineering accomplishments and delivered projects where he regularly demonstrates engineering design and delivery excellence. Mr Koreman complements Genrsv's skill sets for mechanical engineering including piping design and analysis through complex 3D modelling and dynamic simulation.
Shane is a member of Engineers Australia and is registered in Queensland under the RPEQ system. In his spare time Shane enjoys competitive and recreational sailing and is the proud owner of a competion boat. Add this to home renovation and family life and it can be seen Shane is an excellent fit in the Gensrv operations and the management team welcomes him to the Group.

GENSRV SECURES MR HOWARD WRIGHT AS CEO
In an opportunistic move, Gensrv Pty Ltd / Gensv Limited has secured Mr Howard Wright as the group CEO.
Mr Wright is an out of the box thinking, business and engineering professional specialising in fossil fuel, renewable generation technologies and interconnected power systems. Howard was initially trained by the UK’s Central Electricity Generation Board (CEGB), a company whom wrote the books on power generation and distribution. Howard continued his education studying process control and integrated engineering at Lincoln university in the UK.
Howard emigrated from the UK in 1994 having commissioned, operated and asset managed one of the world’s first combined cycle power stations at Killingholme on Humberside. One of Howards more notable achievements was the project development, design and EPC delivery of the 250 MW Diamantina combined cycle power plant in Mt Isa Australia for CTEC. Howard has worked with companies such as Siemens, FKI, ABB, YTL, Transfield and CTEC developing, designing, delivering and managing power assets.
In Howards spare times, he enjoys smaller engineering projects ranging from car restoration, radio control modelling and Lego. Howard lives in Brisbane, Australia with his family.
Howard is now proud to be working on small to mid-size generation solutions including integration into hybrid systems for more cost effective and environmentally friendly generation.

Following on from lots of development comes our new CMS web site. This active new look site introduces our clients to the GenSrv companies. We will in the future be releasing newsletters and fact sheets and our clients are able to register to receive these periodic updates. Other new features to be added will include client portals for direct viewing of operational assets. Additionally, links will also be provided to log in to our Asset Management systems in any country.
A key feature of the new web site is the blog section. Here we will impart information to generally assist clients with power generation issues. GENSRV LIMITED, FULLY AUTHORISED AND CERTIFIED FOR PNG OPERATIONS
Fantastic news today with Genrsv Limited completing all the required legal steps and hurdles to obtain registration for operation in Papua New Guinea. The Process has taken several months but thanks to the support and help of our local teams in Port Moresby we have finally completed the Independent Investment Authorities (IPA) registration process. Following the IPA registration Gensrv progressed further with the required authorisations which included the Inland Revenue Commission (IRC). The IRC is responsible for tax collection in PNG. Our final hurdle was the foreign investment registration again with the IPA. The great news is that Gensrv con now fully support its clients in Papua New Guinea be them utilities, mining operations or processing plants.
