GenSrv promotes that every person has the right to go home safely at the end of each day. A number of safety practices are employed with our projects including Take 5 and JSA's. Hazards are wherever possible removed of mitigated through work practice, procedure or engineering. Each Project commences with the development of key documents including "Project Execution Plan", Project Health and Safety Plan", "Project Environmental Plan" and "Project Quality Plan" This suit of documents provides the working framework for development of individual task packages.

  1. PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN. The First document to be produced by the project director based on company policy, IP, Supply scope and legislation. The document defines how GenSrv will safely and effectively deliver all aspects of the project or service.
  2. PROJECT HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN. This plan takes its input from client requirements, legislation and company policy. It defines the methods and procedures required to ensure all personnel and assets associated with the project are service remain safe. The HS Plan is regularly updated during the delivery of service to reflect any new insights which may improve safety.
  3. PROJECT ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN. In a similar fashion to the HS plan in item 2 the environmental plan draws again from legislation and council guidelines. Typically aligned with the development approval the environmental plan specifies restrictions and procedures to ensure environmental compliance measures are exceeded.
  4. PROJECT QULITY PLAN. This key document derived from the contract specifications is used to ensure all goods and services associated with the delivery of the asset or service are of a suitable quality to meet the owner’s specification. The document may also make reference to international standards and compliance requirements e.g. gas certification, HV certification etc.
